Return Policy

At Caldrenco, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at braydenm.covey@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Voltage Orders

Please note that our products are available in both 100V-120V (US standard) and 220V-240V (European standard) voltages. Please double-check your voltage selection before purchasing. We are not responsible for orders placed with the incorrect voltage, but we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items missing original packaging

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
